Preparation	Produced in rabbits immunized with purified recombinant humanerythropoietin (rhEpo).
Formulation and Storage	The anti-serum was purified by Protein A/G affinitychromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2 um filtered solution in phosphate-bufferedsaline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when storedat -70C
Specificity	This antibody recognizes human EPO in western blot. Reactivity to EPO ofother species is not tested.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 500 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 200ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
